Immigration Bond Payment Options
If an immigration bond has already been set, you may be able to post the full bond amount directly with ICE or use an immigration surety bond. Compare the costs, requirements and collateral so you can decide which option makes sense for you.

Post the Bond Directly With ICE
If the person posting the bond meets ICE's current requirements, they can provide the full bond amount directly through ICE's process without paying an Amistad premium or application fee.
