Detention Facility
Where the person is being held. Use the facility's guide for contact information and visitation details.
ICE Field Office
Handles certain detention and immigration enforcement matters. An ICE office address does not confirm where someone is detained.
Immigration Court
Handles the person's immigration case. The court may be in a different location from the detention facility.

EOIR, the agency that manages immigration courts, lists these facilities under the Elizabeth Immigration Court:

The court is at 625 Evans Street, Room 148A, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, inside the Elizabeth detention facility. The court and detention facility share an address but have different roles.

Payment and Collateral Options
If you meet the government's requirements, you can pay the full bond amount directly to ICE. With Amistad, you provide cash or a qualifying home to back the bond. This is called collateral. Service fees are separate from the collateral.

Not necessarily. They may have been transferred. Confirm their current detention location before traveling or sending mail.
Are Elizabeth Detention Facility and Delaney Hall the same place?
No. They are separate facilities. Elizabeth Detention Facility is in Elizabeth, and Delaney Hall is in Newark.
Can ICE transfer someone to another state?
Yes. Someone detained in New Jersey may be transferred to a facility in another state.
Do I have to live in New Jersey to arrange the bond?
